Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 42 years as on 01-07-2016. Age relaxation is applicable to Uttarakhand reserved candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Intermediate (12th Class Pass) with Science or equivalent qualification and Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institute and registered in the Registrar Uttarakhand Pharmacy Council and should also be registered in any of the Employment Offices of State of Uttarakhand.
Application Fee: candidates should pay Rs. 200/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST candidates by bank draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Director Animal Husbandry Department, Uttarakhand Dehradun payable at SBI Main Branch, Dehradun.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format with attested copies of relevant documents along with 02 envelopes (10×23 cms size) affixed postal stamp of Rs. 30/- (01 should be super scribed with “Application for the Post of Veterinary Pharmacist” to the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Uttarakhand, Parshudhan, Bhawan, Mothrowala, Dehradun on or before 23-01-2017 by 05:00 hrs. by 05:00 hrs.
