Job description
Designation: Process Associate
Process: US based process for "Healthcare" and Telecom"
No of position: 20 (experience in out bound sales international process like telecom, health care)
Responsibility:
- contact businesses or private individuals by phone
- deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- describe products and services
- respond to questions
- identify and overcome objections
- take the customer through the sales process
- obtain customer information
- obtain possible customer leads
- maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- follow up on initial contacts
- complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Skills:
- strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Problem solving
- adaptability
- negotiation skills
- stress tolerance
- high energy level
- convencing skills
Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation/ equivalent graduation or
More.
Age limit : Above18 years
Experience: Excellent communication skills, freshers are also entertain
Shift timing;Night shift timings 9:30pm to 6:30am (No cab)
6 days working
Only Sunday off
MEAL FREE FROM COMPANY SIDE
Salary : Based on experienced commissions + attendance bonus,
Yearly bonus, referral bonus and others.

Job location: East Delhi behind V3S Mall.
